Your opening offer should be based on the sales trends of similar homes in the neighborhood. So before making it, consider sales of similar homes in the last three months. This is something your Realtor can assist you in doing. They can also provide guidance on what upgrades and extras add value to a home.THE PROCESS OF CONTRACT TO CLOSE
Your next few weeks will be a busy time, I will work with you every step of the way. During your option period, a home inspection is done, and a formal loan application is made.
